NBBL play centers on a smaller 16-inch rim—the UHoop—a tighter target than a regulation 18-inch hoop. Without a backboard, every shot demands precision; the UHoop rewards skill and touch you can’t fake.
360° play. The rim is open from all sides. Attack from the baseline, the wings, or directly behind the hoop.
The NBBL keeps the ball live after made baskets—it stays in play out of the net with no stoppages, and there are no timeouts. Games are built from short, high-intensity segments where every possession matters.
3-on-3. 4-on-4. Flexible formats designed for pace, spacing, and decision-making. Played on a small court (70' x 50'), compressing the game to accelerate skill development, conditioning, and intensity.
